  • Can I open a Demo account?

    Absolutely! We encourage it. Experience our platform risk-free with a Demo account, equipped with $10,000 in virtual funds. It's the perfect way to familiarize yourself with our features and test your trading strategies in a simulated market environment.

  • Can I change my existing account type?

    Unfortunately, once you've set your account type, they cannot be altered. However, you can open multiple accounts within the same client portal. We suggest opening an additional account with the desired account type if needed.

  • What documents are required to open a live account?

    To open a live account, you'll usually need to provide proof of identity (such as a valid passport or identity card) and proof of address (like a rental contract or utility bill). Our account opening team may request additional documents if necessary to process your application.

  • How can I recover my account password if I forget it?
